The mEPS MK3 was a major generational up step for the mEPS Active PPE Exosuit line. It featured the same soft body lining from the mEPS MK2 but again improved upon lift performance reaching 4.5 ton sustained lift with a 5.1 short duration lift and weighed 140kg. Another major step forward the mEPS MK3 made was its connected helmet headset that featured system statistics load management and an onboard radio system removing the need for an external radio system.
With these advancements the mEPS MK3 saw its adoption in various industrial applications along with select scientific laboratories. At its peak the mEPS MK3 saw 285,000,000,000 units in service. The mEPS MK3 still remains in select service as the MK3-LT (Long Term support) this legacy model has various features from future mEPS units back ported for those who either require it or desire to remain on the MK3 platform. However, the MK3-LT is reaching its physical limits due to limited internal space for additional electronics and now ageing power electronics.
Status: As of now the mEPS MK3 deprecated however it sees minor use in legacy applications as
the mEPS MK3-LT.
