Yesterday 16/13/2756 at 14:35 MCT AMRaD successful made contact with the local government in the region that had caused the damage to the worlds local Space Time Fabric. The talks proceeded for 6 hours with AMRaD diplomats and various AMRaD sciences resulting in the end with full government support to commence evacuation operations.
AMRaD quick response teams have now been mobilised and are beginning work on setting up the exclusion zone and AMRaD infrastructure on planet to allow for heavy equipment and military assets to be brought in for full planetary evacuation and to prepare for wander breach into the universe that now has been designated ER39012. Now ongoing is talks with the rest of ER39012's local governments for regions outside the primary affected continent with results expected within 2 to 5 days.
Further analyses of the damage caused to ER39012's space time shows the damage remains small and shows little sign of instability that would otherwise indicate wander presence and exploitation of the damage. Currently, we expect wanders to arrive within 3 weeks to one and a half months from data gathered in the last wander positioning report.
As of now the expected timeline for evacuation is to begin on the 21st of this month allowing up to about two weeks of evacuation in the worst case however the evacuation direction committee is hopeful that wanders may yet be further out than what the last wander positioning report would suggest.
Further information will be made available as it becomes known, we thank you for your attention
